Notifications to Artists: On or before Wednesday, December 15, 2024
Artists must RSVP by December 28, 2024 to rosecvg2020@gmail.com to confirm that they will be providing the invited work(s) to the show.
December 31, 2024 - January 12, 2025 Gallery closed to visitors as we prepare for the CVG Show
Artists shipping artwork should plan for it to arrive no later than January 5, 2025.
All shipped artwork MUST include a return shipping label- no cash, checks, or stamps accepted.
Delivery of Work:
Hand Deliveries - Saturday, January 4 and Sunday, January 5, 10 am to 3 pm Artists may hand-deliver work for the show
Shipped work accepted - must be prepaid both directions and arrive by Saturday, January 5, 2025

11 AM Exhibition Opens at Collective Visions Gallery. Open to the public, VISITORS WELCOME!
(Gallery will be closed from 2 PM - 4 PM to install prize ribbons)3 PM Awards Ceremony at the Historic Roxy Theatre by invitation only - (Invited Artists plus one)
4 PM - 7 PM Opening Reception at Collective Visions Gallery.
Refreshments, and live music TBA. Open to the public.
Sunday, January 12
1 PM CVG Show Juror’s walk-through and talk at the Gallery. Open to the public
Friday, February 7
5 PM – 8 PM FIRST FRIDAY Artwalk & Public Reception at Collective Visions Gallery. Open to the public.
Sunday, February 23
2 PM -4 PM : at Collective Visions Gallery. Moderated by Steve Parmelee. Open to the public.
Friday, February 28
Last day of The 2025 CVG Show; closes at 4 PM
6 PM Guest Lecture at the Collective Visions Gallery. Details TBA Open to the public.
People’s Choice Award winner will be announced at the end of the lecturer’s talk.
Saturday, March 1
1 – 5 PM Artists pick up their work at Collective Visions Gallery. Work not picked up without prior arrangement with the Gallery becomes the property of the Gallery. $25 fee charged for any work picked up by arrangement after February 25.
Monday, March 3 and Tuesday, March 4
Shipped work will be mailed
