Greg Robinson is a Seattle native, and holds a master’s degree in Public Administration from New York University. While working for Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City in the 1980s, he curated one of the (then) largest hospital art collections in the country.

Robinson has worked in the Puget Sound-region’s arts world since 1995. Previously, he was executive director of the Museum of Northwest Art in La Conner, WA, director of William Traver Gallery in Tacoma, WA, and executive director of Pratt Fine Arts Center in Seattle.

Robinson has curated numerous exhibitions, and co-authored and/or published more than one dozen books on Puget Sound artists. He has served on numerous selection panels for exhibitions, awards, and grants, including the Betty Bowen Award Committee at Seattle Art Museum since 1999. He is a former Board Member of the American Craft Council, and volunteers as a strategic facilitator and coach for smaller non-profit organizations.
