About the 2018 CVG Show Jurors

Theresa Saia


Teresa Saia has firmly established herself within the art community and has studied with leading artists throughout the US and abroad. Her work encompasses the medium of pastel, watercolor, printmaking and oil.

She has a strong following in both private and corporate collections. Her work has been recognized by numerous national awards including the Best of Show at La Quinta Arts Festival 2013 and the Gold Medal from International Association of Pastel Societies, New York. Her work has been most recently published in the Southwest Art Magazine in August 2007 and July 2010.

Teresa is a recognized workshop instructor nationally and in Europe. She enjoys creating a supportive and energetic atmosphere in which students can thrive, establishing their own style and direction.

Harry Longstreet


is retired after twenty-five years as a writer, producer and director of filmed entertainment, primarily for television.

Longstreet is always looking for images that speak to the human condition and the world around him. He favors ambient light and unposed, unaware subjects. In the last twelve years he’s had a number of one-man shows and his work has appeared in more than two hundred national and international juried exhibitions. 

Longstreet is twice a Single Image Merit Award recipient from Black & White Magazine and twice a Single Image Merit Award winner from Color Magazine.  In 2013, he was awarded the FIAP Gold Medal (monochrome) in the International Varna Salon, and in 2014, he took Best in Show in the annual CVG Washington State competition and First Place (photography) in the 2017 competition.

Paula Stokes


is a cofounder of METHOD, an artist run nonprofit exhibition space in Seattle, where installation based artwork is featured. She is a professional artist working in glass and printmaking. www.methodgallery.com, www.paulastokes.com
